Clinical Supervision for counsellors wanting to enhance their work
Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM)

Ron has worked as a counsellor/consultant since 1984. He holds a Master’s degree in counselling (MA), is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist (RMFT), and a Certified Trauma Specialist (CTS).

Besides his Private Practice, Ron has worked in agencies from front line to senior management. He has extensive experience with Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), crisis and trauma work.
As a counsellor, Ron has provided support to thousands of clients.
As a consultant, he has designed and facilitated hundreds of on site programs for the corporate world.
